Terms of Service — Pinpoint

Acceptance

By using Pinpoint you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are a workspace owner inviting team members, you are responsible for ensuring they use the service in compliance with these terms.

Service description

Pinpoint is a desktop app and cloud service for collecting website feedback, using a review board, and collaborating with your team. The service may be in beta; features may change without prior notice.

Account and workspace

Account and access rules:

• You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for protecting your account security (password, device access).
• The person who creates or owns a workspace is responsible for inviting members, managing roles, and ensuring compliant use of the workspace.
• Invited members join under the workspace owner’s authority; a separate corporate contract is not required for each member.
• You may delete your account or workspace at any time; data is handled according to the Privacy Policy after deletion.

Your content

Site addresses you review, comments, board content, attachments, and similar data belong to you or your workspace. We process, store, and back up this content to provide the service. You are responsible for the legality of your content and third-party rights. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising profiles.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Post harmful, misleading, offensive content or content that infringes others’ rights
• Damage the service or infrastructure, abuse automation, or overload systems
• Access accounts or workspaces without authorization
• Reverse engineer the app except where law permits

Access and suspension

During beta, access to new workspaces is granted with our approval process. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or breach of these terms. Suspended workspaces may lose access.

Intellectual property

The Pinpoint app, brand, interface, and software belong to Pinpoint. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms. This license ends when we terminate the service or you close your account.

Beta and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” During beta, interruptions, errors, or data loss may occur; we take reasonable security and backup measures but disclaim liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Termination

You may close your account or workspace at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Data after termination is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current text is published on this website; we may notify you in the app or by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
